2. Bluefield State College Job Fair (73.2080(c)(2)(i)). On April 30, 2005, Jason Reed, the Program Director for the stations, represented the stations at a booth at a job fair sponsored by Bluefield State College. This job fair was geared primarily toward students with a Business/and or Marketing Degree.

3. Internship Program (73.2080(c)(2)(x)). L&P Broadcasting, Inc. has an Internship Program in place, drawing upon students from three local colleges, Concord University, Bluefield State College, and Bluefield College, in which any students interested in broadcasting, sales, or communications are brought in for a semester to have hands-on training. Students intern for that semester and receive three credits for their participation. During period, one intern came from Concord University.

4. Participation in Programs Sponsored by Educational Institutions (73.2080(c)(2)(x)).
The stations regularly sponsor “School to Work” workshops for three area high schools: Bluefield High School, Pike View High School, and Princeton High School, which involves an overview of careers in broadcasting for each participating student. These generally occur four times during the school year. The stations participate in all area school career days, in which stations employees are designated to a school for a day to speak with both high school and elementary students on the fundamentals of radio broadcasting.

During the Applicable Period, Jason Reed, Program Director and Bob Spencer, General Manager addressed students in three such settings.
