Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds have shared another track from their forthcoming B-Sides & Rarities Part II, a song titled “Earthlings.” The band recorded it during their sessions for 2019’s Ghosteen. Listen to it below.
In a statement about “Earthlings,” Cave called the song “missing link that binds Ghosteen together. A lovely song that just got away.” Part II arrives on October 22, sixteen years after the group’s first B-Sides & Rarities collection. They released “Vortex,” recorded in 2006, with the announcement in August. Though Ghosteen is the band’s most recent album of new material, Cave and Warren Ellis issued Carnage together in February.
